Next up, we’ll add a burst of smoky sweetness to our burger by fire-roasting a red bell pepper on the Kong grill. I placed them on my Mangrate Grilling Grates and let it go. Rotating the pepper until I achieved the perfect char. The smoky aroma that wafted from the grill was utterly tantalizing.

Zesty Mint-Yogurt Sauce: The Perfect Tangy Twist
No Minted Lambadelic Burger is complete without the tangy twist of a zesty Mint-Yogurt Sauce. The combination of Greek yogurt, fresh mint, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a hint of honey created a tantalizing dance on my palate, perfectly complementing the other elements of the burger.

Minted Lambadelic Burger:


• 1 lb ground lamb
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 tsp fresh serrano chile, finely chopped
• 1 tsp fresh garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tsp ginger, peeled and diced
• 1/2 tsp Spicewalla Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp Spicewalla Kashmiri Chilli Powder
• 1/2 tsp Spicewalla Turmeric Powder
• 1/2 tsp Spicewalla Cumin Powder
• 1/2 tsp Spicewalla Coriander Powder
• Pinch of Spicewalla Sicilian Sea Salt
• Brioche buns
• Caramelized onions
• Fire-roasted red bell pepper
• Crumbled feta cheese


1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, cilantro, serrano chile, garlic, ginger, Garam Masala, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, and a pinch of Sicilian Sea Salt. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.
2. Shape the mixture into patties, ensuring they are evenly sized.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
4. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill for added texture and flavor.
5. Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
6. To assemble the burger, spread a generous amount of the zesty Mint-Yogurt Sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
7. Layer the flavor by putting the caramelized onions on the bottom. Followed by the fire-roasted red bell pepper strips. Next, the patty. Then add crumbled feta cheese on top of the patty.
